The Grief Table Story
Hi, I’m Jamie — though many know me here as Mama J. I’m a mom, a wife, a grandma, and a woman forever changed by loss. In June 2024, my world shattered when my 19-year-old son, Wendem, died. I started The Grief Table as a space where the real experience of grief could exist — not sugar-coated, not rushed, not fixed. Over time, it has grown into a community where I share education, prompts, and resources through TikTok and Substack. My hope is that you leave here feeling seen, understood, and less alone.
